Hiring: Electronics Design & Embedded Engineer (R&D;)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Electronics Design & Embedded Engineer (R&D;) to join our Research & Development team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in electronics product development, hardware design, embedded systems, PCB design, power electronics, and prototype development. The role involves end-to-end product development, from concept and design to testing, debugging, and final validation.

Key Responsibilities

- Research, design, and develop innovative electronic products and embedded systems.
- Perform end-to-end R&D; activities, including concept development, prototyping, testing, validation, and product improvement.
- Design electronic circuits, including analog, digital, RF, and power electronics circuits.
- Develop PCB schematics and layouts using Altium Designer, KiCad, or equivalent PCB design software.
- Design and develop embedded firmware using Embedded C/C++.
- Work with STM32, Arduino, or similar microcontrollers.
- Design and develop SMPS, DC-DC converters, inverters, and other power electronics systems.
- Assemble, solder, test, debug, repair, and troubleshoot electronic boards and prototypes.
- Conduct hardware validation, performance testing, and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development and manufacturing support.
- Prepare technical documentation, design reports, and test records.

Additional Requirements

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in soldering and rework of SMT/SMD components.
- Excellent visual acuity for precision soldering and inspection.
- Solid knowledge of SMT components such as resistors, capacitors, ICs, BGAs, diodes, tantalum capacitors, and other polarized components.
- Understanding of heat-sensitive components and proper handling techniques.
- Ability to independently manage complete product development from design to prototype testing.

Qualification

- Diploma (ECE) / B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.

Experience

- Overall Experience: 3–8 Years
- Electronics Engineering: Minimum 3 years
- PCB Design: Minimum 3 years
- Embedded Systems/Firmware Development: Minimum 3 years
- Power Electronics: 5 years preferred

Freshers are not eligible.
