Chercheur Investigators is seeking a Client Relations & Sales Executive to handle inquiries, provide detailed service explanations, and convert potential leads into confirmed clients. The candidate will serve as the voice of our agency, ensuring clients receive professional guidance and assistance throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist potential clients.

2. Explain our investigation and legal consultancy services with clarity and professionalism.

3. Communicate fluently in Hindi, English, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.

4. Conduct follow-ups and convert inquiries into confirmed cases.

5. Maintain records of all inquiries, client details, and service updates.

6. Engage in cold calling for lawyer collaborations and corporate tie-ups.

7. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service execution.

8. Achieve monthly targets with attractive incentives.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Sales, or Customer Service.

2.



Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

3. Fluency in multiple languages (Hindi, English, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam).

4. Ability to handle confidential client information with discretion.

5. Basic computer knowledge (CRM software, WhatsApp Business, Email).

6. Goal-driven and result-oriented personality.
