- Follow up on showroom walk-in inquiries and online leads.
- Schedule test rides and showroom visits.
- Explain product features, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
Service Support
- Call customers to remind them of scheduled vehicle services.
- Book and confirm service appointments.
- Follow up after vehicle servicing to collect customer feedback.
- Inform customers about service packages, AMC plans, accessories, and seasonal service camps.
- Coordinate with the service department regarding customer appointments and updates.
