(CaaaS) Operations

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize warehouse operations at our Bangalore facility.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations & Execution

- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inward, storage, inventory management, and dispatch
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing, picking, packing, and shipment execution
- Maintain high standards of warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance
- Implement and monitor SOPs for all warehouse activities

Inventory Management & Control

- Oversee inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
- Minimize inventory discrepancies, shrinkage, and damages
- Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO as applicable)
- Maintain optimal inventory levels aligned with business requirements

Supply Chain Coordination

- Coordinate closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams for smooth material flow
- Ensure timely availability of materials for operations and dispatch readiness
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics coordination

Team Management & Leadership

- Supervise warehouse staff, supervisors, and operators
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure productivity targets are met
- Foster a disciplined and performance-driven work culture





Process Improvement & Reporting

- Identify areas for operational improvement and implement cost-effective solutions
- Track key warehouse metrics (TAT, inventory accuracy, dispatch timelines, etc.)
- Prepare and share regular MIS reports with management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse efficiency and cost control

Safety & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance records

Experience

- Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics operations
- Experience working in fast-paced environments such as startups, manufacturing, or supply chain-driven organizations
- Hands-on experience in managing inventory systems and warehouse processes
- Experience handling large teams and warehouse operations
