Thank Gourd is looking for a passionate and hardworking Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of kitchen operations, food preparation, hygiene standards, and teamwork. You will work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations and consistent food quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking activities
- Prepare ingredients such as chopping vegetables, sauces, and basic mise en place
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
- Follow kitchen SOPs, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Support smooth kitchen operations during service hours
- Follow instructions from senior chefs and kitchen management
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
