Job Title: Senior Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Location: Vandalur , Chennai

Openings: 2 (Any graduates)

Experience: 3+ Years (Sales/Customer Support)

Salary: (₹ 20000- ₹35,000/month )+ Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and email communication.

* Maintain customer database and ensure timely follow-ups.

* Train and guide junior CREs/CROs.

* Resolve escalated customer issues efficiently.

* Robust customer service and sales experience.

* Leadership and team management abilities.

Language : English & Tamil , Hindi (Telugu are added advantage)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Sales/Customer Support: 1 year (Required)

Language:

- Hindi (Required)

Location:

- Vandalur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
