Job Summary

The Placement Officer (Field) is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with employers, identifying job opportunities for students and candidates, coordinating placement activities, and ensuring successful employment outcomes. The role involves regular field visits to companies, conducting employer meetings, and supporting candidates throughout the placement process.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit companies and employers to generate placement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Identify current employers and establish partnerships for recruitment drives.
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and job fairs.
- Match candidate profiles with employer requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate the selection process.
- Assist candidates with interview preparation and placement guidance.
- Track placement progress and maintain employer and candidate databases.
- Collect employer feedback and share it with the training and placement team.




- Achieve monthly placement and employer acquisition targets.
- Prepare placement reports and maintain accurate records in the CRM or placement management system.
- Represent the organization during employer meetings, networking events, and recruitment campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure candidates are job-ready before placement.

Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in placement, recruitment, business development, field sales, or employer relations.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
