Job Title: RAN Engineer – Telecom
Department: Project
Reports To: Project Manager / Project Coordinator
Location: Tamil Nadu, Andhra, Kerala

Key Responsibilities

- Install and commission BTS/eNodeB/gNodeB equipment.
- Install and integrate:

o AirScale Baseband Units (BBU)

o Radio Units (RRH/RRU)

o Massive MIMO radios

o Antennas and feeders

o GPS antennas

- Perform hardware installation, cabling, fibre patching, grounding, and power connections.
- Execute commissioning activities using Client commissioning tools.
- Perform software loading, parameter configuration, and initial integration support.
- Conduct site acceptance testing (SAT) and ATP as per Client standards.
- Verify alarms and explicit commissioning-related faults.
- Coordinate with RF, Transmission, NOC, and Project teams for site integration.
- Perform swap, upgrade, expansion, and modernization activities.
- Ensure quality documentation, commissioning reports,



and handover documents are completed.
- Update project trackers and customer portals with daily progress.
- Follow EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines while working at telecom sites.
- Support emergency restoration and troubleshooting whenever required. These responsibilities align with common BTS deployment work and customer delivery expectations.

Qualifications

- · Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 2–6 years in Nokia Installation & Commissioning.
- Experience on Jio and/or Vodafone Idea (VI) deployment projects preferred.
- Experience in network rollout, swap, or modernization projects is an advantage.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
