Job Role: Individual Loan Officer - ( Business Loan )
We are looking for an energetic and responsible Individual Loan Officer to manage customer sourcing, loan processing, collection follow-up, and relationship handling in assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire current customers for individual loans
Explain loan products and eligibility criteria to customers
Conduct field visits and customer verification
Collect and verify customer documents
Support loan disbursement process
Ensure timely collection and follow-up of EMI payments
Maintain customer relationship and resolve queries
Achieve monthly business and collection targets
Submit daily field activity reports to branch manager
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree
Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
Good communication and customer handling skills
Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
Basic mobile handling knowledge required
