• Minimum 4 years of experience

ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a composite insurance and reinsurance broking and has built a strong presence, particularly in the commercial lines and species space.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage end-to-end placement of Employee Benefits insurance products, primarily Group Health Insurance (GHI/GMC), Group Personal Accident (GPA) and Group Term Life (GTL).
• Understand client requirements, employee demographics, risk profiles, claims experience and coverage requirements.
• Prepare and circulate RFQs (Request for Quotations) to suitable insurers and coordinate the quotation process.
• Analyse and compare quotations based on premium, coverage, exclusions, deductibles, policy terms and conditions.
• Negotiate with insurers and underwriters to secure competitive pricing and favourable coverage terms.




• Develop placement strategies for new business and renewal portfolios.
• Coordinate with Sales, Client Servicing, Claims and Operations teams for seamless execution of placements.
• Ensure timely policy issuance, endorsements and documentation within agreed TATs.
• Review policy schedules, terms, conditions and endorsements to ensure accuracy and alignment with negotiated terms.
• Maintain accurate placement records, insurer quotations, negotiations and MIS reports.
• Keep abreast of market trends, insurer appetite, pricing movements and new EB products and solutions.
• Contribute towards business retention, cross-selling and up-selling prospects wherever relevant

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• Graduate / Post Graduate in any disciple
• Professional certifications such as IRDAI licensing, Associate/Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India (III), CII (UK), or AIRM are an added advantage.
