Job Description Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions.
n Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designs.
n Configure and customize PPM modules such as Project Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Demand Management, Time Management, and Financial Management.
n Define project governance frameworks, workflows, KPIs, and reporting dashboards.
n Integrate PPM solutions with ERP, HRMS, Finance, and other enterprise applications.
n Conduct solution workshops, fit-gap analysis, UAT, and production deployment.
n Provide leadership in project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
