We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer (MEP) to assist with supervising and monitoring Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at construction sites. This role is ideal for fresh B.Tech / Diploma candidates who are looking to build their career in site engineering and gain hands-on experience in a project environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior engineers in supervising MEP installations at project sites.
Ensure work is carried out as per design drawings, project requirements, and safety standards.
Conduct daily site inspections to monitor work quality and project progress.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Support preparation of site reports, documentation, and as-built drawings.
Participate in safety briefings and help maintain site safety standards.
Read and understand technical drawings, schedules, and project plans.
Assist in identifying and resolving technical and site-related issues under supervision.
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Willingness to learn site engineering and project management skills.

Knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit is an added advantage.
