n Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical/Product Design or related discipline)
n Experience: 3–7 Years
n Nilkamal Edge is looking for a talented Executive – Design (Healthcare) to join our Design & Development team.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Design and develop cutting-edge healthcare products using SolidWorks.
n Create 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
n Perform design calculations, feasibility studies, and material selection.
n Apply GD&T;, DFM, and DFA principles to optimize product design and manufacturability.
n Support prototype development, product testing, validation, and production handover.
n Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Sales to ensure successful product development.




n Maintain PLM documentation and process SKU/code creation.
n Support product costing, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
n Review customer specifications and tender requirements to recommend effective technical solutions.
n n Desired Candidate Profile
n 3–7 years of experience in Mechanical/Product Design and Development.
n Robust proficiency in SolidWorks (mandatory).
n Experience in preparing manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
n Working knowledge of GD&T;, DFM, DFA, and product validation processes.
n Experience in medical furniture, healthcare equipment, modular furniture, office furniture, or manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
