Panigrahana Weddings is a destination wedding planning company crafting unforgettable celebrations across India and beyond. We're looking for a Sales Executive who understands the wedding industry and can turn enquiries into lasting client relationships.
What you'll do:
• Handle inbound enquiries from couples and families — first calls, venue discussions, and requirement mapping
• Prepare and present proposals, conduct client meetings and venue walkthroughs
• Follow up consistently and nurture leads through long decision cycles
• Negotiate and close bookings while protecting margins
• Maintain the sales pipeline and share regular reports with the founder
• Coordinate smooth handover of closed clients to the planning team
What we're looking for:
• 2–3+ years of experience in wedding sales — with a wedding planner, banquet/hotel sales, wedding venue, or wedding services company (mandatory)
• A steady, consistent performer — someone who follows up patiently and builds trust with families, not a hard-sell approach
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus)
• Comfort working weekends and peak wedding season schedules
• Familiarity with CRM tools or disciplined pipeline tracking
Compensation: ₹6–9 LPA, based on experience, plus performance incentives.
