Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of materials and services. The ideal candidate should have good negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage vendors and ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, source, and evaluate suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate prices, purchase terms, contracts, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and process purchase orders.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Maintain accurate purchase and vendor records.
Monitor supplier performance and build strong vendor relationships.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand material and procurement requirements.
Ensure purchased materials meet required quality standards.
