Position: HELPER / Factory Worker
Salary₹19,000 – ₹22,000 per month
QualificationMinimum: 10th Pass
Preferred: 12th Pass

Job ResponsibilitiesOperate production machinery and equipment.
Perform assembly, packing, and labeling of products.
Maintain quality standards during production.
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Assist the production team in daily operations.
Meet daily production targets.
Required SkillsBasic reading and writing skills.
Good teamwork and communication.
Physically fit and willing to work on the production floor.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
