Work with the individual training leads to pick up the periodic reporting tasks – updating of T-Plus, DPM trackers, NHT Tracker, plan pre-process trainings coordinating with every Ops stakeholder and the training leads etc. Monitor real-time performance metrics such as ongoing trainings, throughputs, batch performance, mandatory CBTs etc. Identify trends and patterns in agent performance to anticipate future training needs and operational challenges. Communicate effectively with team leaders and agents to provide real-time coaching and support, ensuring adherence to schedule and performance targets. Generate and distribute reports and dashboards to key stakeholders, highlighting performance metrics and actionable insights as guided by the training leads. Timeliness of report submission as per agreed performance / Timeline Identify and Submit improvement prospects. VBA automation skills will be preferred.
