Job Description
Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm, qualified first impression.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures when required.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Handle guest complaints efficiently and follow up to ensure resolution.
Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, room categories, promotions, and local attractions.
Assist VIP guests and ensure special requests are fulfilled.
Monitor guest feedback and encourage positive guest experiences.
Maintain accurate guest records and update guest preferences in the hotel management system.
Ensure the lobby and guest areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
Promote hotel services, restaurants, spa, and other facilities to enhance the guest experience.
Follow hotel policies, safety standards, and service procedures.
