Job Overview: Aavana Greens Private Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive for the Chennai region. The candidate should have strong market connections with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, and Project Consultants. The role involves complete field sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and maintaining long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Generate new business leads through field visits and market networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Contractors.
• Promote company products to potential clients and project partners.
• Handle project sales and coordinate with clients for requirements and closures.
• Conduct regular site visits and client meetings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop current business opportunities in the Chennai region.
• Maintain proper follow-up and reporting of sales activities.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth project execution.
Candidate Requirements:-
• Experience in Project Sales, Field Sales, or B2B Sales.
• Strong connections with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and related industry professionals.
• Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate leads independently.
• Candidate must be comfortable with field work and travelling within Chennai region.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
Preferred Industry:- Interior Design, Furniture, Building Materials, Home Decor, Architectural Products, or Related Industry FMCG industry.
