Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented BIM Lead – Electrical (Dry Utilities & ELV) to lead BIM modelling and coordination for transportation and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will manage Electrical and ELV BIM deliverables, ensure compliance with BIM standards, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, coordinated project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Electrical & ELV BIM modelling activities for transportation and infrastructure projects.
Develop, maintain, and review Revit BIM models, families, drawings, schedules, and project documentation.
Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing,



and Utility teams to identify and resolve clashes using Navisworks.
Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans, client standards, and project specifications.
Perform model quality checks, clash detection, constructability reviews, and maintain model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage BIM data, file organization, and version control using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)/BIM 360.
Mentor BIM Modellers, provide technical guidance, and support continuous process improvement.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables and successful project execution.
