Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our team. The primary responsibility is to connect with prospective students, provide information about our courses, and encourage them to visit our institute for counseling (walk-ins).

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the provided database
Explain courses, fees, and benefits clearly and effectively
Generate interest and schedule walk-ins for counseling sessions
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
Maintain accurate records of calls and student details
Achieve daily/weekly walk-in targets

Requirements:
Valuable communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of computer operations
Ability to handle queries and objections professionally
Prior experience in telecalling/sales (preferred but not mandatory)
Positive attitude and target-driven approach
