Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Jaipur. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for actively engaging with customers, identifying their needs, providing personalized solutions, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include training new team members, managing sales operations,



and offering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience. The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications
Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with customers and team members
Experience in Customer Service and providing personalized solutions to meet client needs
Proven Sales skills, including the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Knowledge of Sales Management and the ability to organize and oversee sales activities
Training skills to support the onboarding and development of recent team members
Robust organizational and time management abilities
Experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus
Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
