Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers regarding overdue payments.
Negotiate and resolve outstanding dues.
Follow RBI and company compliance guidelines.
Update collection status in the system.
Achieve monthly recovery targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for case resolution.
