Job Description: Sales & Marketing Executive

Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in Sales & Marketing of Industrial products.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Age Limit: 25 to 40 years
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Present and promote the company's products and services to customers.
Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.




Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical engineering ,Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in sales and marketing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.
