Job Description Role - Printer SME
n Years of Experience - 7 to 13 years
n Location - Bangalore
n Key Responsibilities
n n :Architect and manage enterprise print infrastructure (on‐prem and cloud‐based)
n .Deploy, configure, and maintain Print Servers, print queues, and driver repositories
n .Manage enterprise print management tools such as Papercut, Equitrac, SafeCom, uniFLOW, PrinterLogic, etc
n .Provide L2/L3 support for complex print issues and escalations
n .Implement secure print solutions, pull printing, and print auditing
n .Optimize print workflows, print fleet utilization, and reduce operational costs
n .Oversee MFD installation, configuration, firmware updates, and fleet management
n .Troubleshoot driver conflicts, spooler issues, connectivity failures, and print performance problems
n .Collaborate with vendors (HP, Canon, Ricoh, Xerox, Kyocera, Lexmark)
n .Document architecture diagrams, SOPs, configurations, and support guidelines




n .Lead print modernization initiatives such as serverless printing, cloud print, and automation
n .Manage SLA adherence, capacity planning, and reporting

n n s:Robust expertise in Windows Print Server Management and print spooler service
n s.Experience in driver management (Universal Print Driver, PCL, PostScript
n ).Hands-on with MFDs from major OEMs (HP, Canon, Xerox, Ricoh, etc.
