Role Description The Paid Media Executive will manage and optimize paid media campaigns across digital platforms, with a strong focus on gaming and lifestyle audiences. This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai involves planning media budgets, setting up and monitoring campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and adjusting strategies to maximize ROI and brand visibility. The role includes collaborating closely with account managers, creatives, and content teams to ensure campaign messaging is consistent, engaging, and tailored to target segments.



The Paid Media Executive will also contribute to reporting, provide insights on audience behavior, and stay updated on platform trends and best practices to keep AlphaZegus campaigns competitive and innovative.
Qualifications
Solid media planning skills, including campaign setup, budget allocation, and performance tracking
Proficiency in social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO) across major platforms
Effective communication and writing skills for clear briefs, reports, and client/stakeholder interactions
Experience with paid advertising tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, programmatic platforms)
Ability to interpret campaign data, generate insights, and present results in a concise, actionable manner
Familiarity with gaming and lifestyle audiences, trends, and community behavior is highly advantageous
Solid collaboration skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, creative, on-site setting
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
