Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented MBBS Admissions Counsellor to guide students and parents through the MBBS admission process in India and abroad. The ideal candidate should possess excellent counselling, communication, and sales skills, with a solid understanding of NEET counselling, medical college admissions, and student conversion strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents regarding MBBS admissions in India and abroad.
Explain the complete admission process, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and documentation requirements.
Guide students through NEET counselling and seat allocation procedures.
Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
Convert enquiries into successful admissions by providing accurate information and personalized guidance.
Build and maintain robust relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.
Maintain student records, leads, and follow-up status in the CRM system.
Coordinate with admission teams, universities,



and management for smooth processing of applications.
Assist students in completing application forms and collecting required documents.
Meet monthly admission and revenue targets.
Participate in educational fairs, seminars, webinars, and admission drives.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, follow-ups, and admissions.

Fluency in English and Telugu (Hindi is an added advantage).
