Talent Acquisition Executive (1–2 Years) – Bulk HiringExperience:
1–2 years in recruitment, preferably high-volume/bulk hiring.
Experience hiring for BPO, retail, sales, manufacturing, logistics, or blue-/grey-collar roles is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and walk-ins.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Schedule and conduct hiring drives and walk-in events.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely offer rollouts and onboarding coordination.
Meet hiring targets and turnaround time (TAT) metrics.

Skills:
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Knowledge of ATS and MS Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
Positive stakeholder and candidate management.
