Coordinate with vendors for material samples and quotations.
Recommend cost-effective alternatives without compromising quality.
4. Estimation & BudgetingAssist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
Work within the client's approved budget.
Suggest value engineering options to reduce unnecessary costs.
5. Project CoordinationCoordinate with project managers,



site supervisors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and vendors.
Provide detailed drawings for execution.
Clarify design-related issues during execution.
6. Site SupervisionVisit project sites regularly.
Ensure execution matches approved designs.
Monitor quality, workmanship, and finishing.
Resolve site issues promptly.
7. Client ApprovalsObtain approvals before starting each stage.
Update clients on project progress.
Handle design revisions professionally.
8. DocumentationMaintain design files, drawings, BOQs, material schedules, and revisions.
Keep project records organized.
