We are seeking a detail-oriented Spare Parts Executive to manage the spare parts operations for our two-wheeler dealership. The ideal candidate will ensure timely availability of parts, maintain accurate inventory, and deliver excellent service to customers and workshop teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Inventory Management: Maintain stock levels, track usage, and reorder parts to avoid shortages.
- Customer Service: Assist walk-in customers and service advisors in identifying and procuring the correct spare parts.
- Parts Identification: Use catalogs, software, and technical knowledge to identify parts accurately.
- Sales & Billing: Generate invoices, process payments, and ensure smooth transactions.
- Coordination with Workshop: Support mechanics and service teams by providing required parts promptly.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers for procurement, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery.
- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly reports on stock movement, sales, and pending orders.

Requirements

- Educational Qualification: Diploma/Graduate in Automobile/Mechanical or related field preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in spare parts management or automobile industry is desirable. Freshers can also apply.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with two-wheeler components and parts catalog systems.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Computer Proficiency: Ability to work with inventory management software and MS Office.

Pay: ₹15,100.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
