Job Summary:

The Order Taker is responsible for receiving customer orders accurately, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring timely service while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and record customer orders accurately.

- Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen team.

- Answer customer queries regarding the menu and recommendations.

- Ensure special requests and dietary requirements are communicated correctly.

- Follow up on order status and coordinate with service staff.

- Handle customer concerns professionally.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the order-taking area.

- Follow company SOPs and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

- High school qualification or equivalent.

- 0–2 years of experience in the hospitality industry (preferred).

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer/POS knowledge.

- Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
