Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
- Contact prospective clients to introduce and promote the company's products and services.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion of opportunities into business.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.





Requirements

- Qualification: Any Degree.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (additional languages will be an advantage).
- Strong sales aptitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain skilled client relationships.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
