We are looking for a Business Applications Consultant to help clients streamline their accounting and finance operations using modern cloud-based business applications. This is a client-facing role involving software implementation, configuration, user support, and process improvement.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with cloud accounting solutions, enjoy solving business problems, and be comfortable interacting with clients to understand their operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client business processes and gather functional requirements.
- Configure and implement cloud-based accounting and finance applications.
- Provide post-implementation support and user assistance.
- Assist clients with system setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with the technical team to implement custom business requirements.
- Conduct user training and ensure successful adoption of the solution.




- Maintain project documentation and support implementation activities.

Required Skills

- 1+ years of experience in implementing or supporting accounting/business applications.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Expense, or Zoho Payroll.
- Experience with Tally or other accounting/ERP software is an advantage.
- Good understanding of accounting workflows and business processes.
- Strong communication and client interaction skills.
- Ability to analyze requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn recent technologies.
