We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, performance tracking, and internal processes for our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding).
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Design and implement HR policies and processes.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation.
- Manage employee queries, grievances, and professional conduct.
- Prepare salary structure, help with payroll coordination.
- Monitor performance and assist in appraisals.
- Manage office culture, team motivation,
and engagement activities.
- Coordinate with management on staffing needs and team performance.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth HR operations.
Required Skills
- Strong communication (English + Hindi).
- Basic understanding of HR processes and compliance.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (HR/MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years experience in HR (Fresher with good skills can also apply).
