Urgent Hiring – Quality Engineer (Building Projects – PMC)

Position: Quality Engineer (Building Projects)
Payroll: Indus Ventures Pvt. Ltd.
Industry: Building Construction / Real Estate / PMC Projects
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and ensure quality compliance at all stages of construction.
- Conduct inspections of RCC, finishing, and structural works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Review ITPs, checklists, method statements, and quality records.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and the PMC team to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with IS codes, QA/QC procedures, and client requirements.
- Prepare quality reports, NCRs,



and corrective/preventive action reports.
- Verify materials, workmanship, and testing activities at site.

Requirements:

- Experience: 5–10 Years in Building/High-Rise/PMC Projects.
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Robust knowledge of QA/QC procedures, IS Codes, concrete technology, finishing works, and site inspections.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
