Vacancy- Sales Trainer

Job Responsibilities-

- Induction of all new joiners within first month
- Responsible for training, mentoring, grooming & development
- Conducting weekly skill evaluation & training sessions
- Capability building to ensure no trained RM's are on 0 results.
- Ensuring up-dation of correct manpower in DMS
- Responsible for training path Adherence as prescribed by MGI

Qualifications and experience-

1. Graduate, PG, or related field

2. Candidate from Automobile background will be in preference

3. 8-10yrs. of experience in automobile industry/sales

4. Good interpersonal and leadership skills
