About the Role

SOBO Xpert is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in CRM operations, excellent client coordination skills, and the ability to maintain robust customer relationships while ensuring timely communication and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain customer relationships throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Coordinate with clients regarding documentation, updates, and project-related queries.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM software regularly.
- Follow up with clients to ensure smooth communication and high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, and Management.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
- Prepare CRM reports and maintain customer data.




- Achieve assigned targets and ensure timely closure of tasks.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Relationship Management, or Client Coordination.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software and customer database management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in the Real Estate industry is an added advantage.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and priorities efficiently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
