Job Title: Business Systems Analyst – Loan Management System (LMS) Experience: 3–6 Years Domain: Banking & Lending Product: Loan Management / Loan Servicing System Role Overview We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – LMS with strong expertise in loan servicing systems, capable of translating business and operational requirements into detailed functional and system specifications. The role requires deep banking domain knowledge, strong analytical skills, and close collaboration with product, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Analyze and document end-to-end loan servicing processes, including: o Loan lifecycle events o Repayment schedules, accruals, prepayments o Charges, fees, penalties o Accounting definitions and GL postings o Business rules • Elicit, analyze, and validate business, regulatory, and operational requirements. • Convert business requirements into: o Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) o System Requirement Specifications (SRS) o Use cases and process flows • Data mappings and field definitions • Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate interpretation of requirements. • Support configuration vs customization decisions for LMS functionality.



• Act as a bridge between business users and technology teams. • Coordinate with: o Product Owners o Development and Architecture teams o QA teams • Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and functional reviews. • Validate implemented functionality against functional specifications. • Support LMS integrations with: o Core Banking Systems o Accounting / GL systems o Payment gateways o External reporting and regulatory systems • Define data flows, interface requirements, and reconciliation logic. • Support batch jobs, data feeds, and exception handling. Skills & Competencies • 3 - 6 years of experience in banking / financial services with solid LMS or loan servicing exposure. • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Functional Analyst / Senior BA. • Strong understanding of: o Loan servicing processes o Banking operations and workflows o Accounting and financial postings in lending • Ability to create detailed functional and system documentation. • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Educational Qualification • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Finance, or related discipline (B.E. / B.Tech / B.Com / BBA / equivalent) • MBA / PGDM (Finance / Systems / Operations) is a plus, but not mandatory.
