Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT sales, lead generation, and client communication. You will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.) and networking.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to align business objectives.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain an accurate record of all sales, proposals, and client communications in CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3 Years of experience in IT sales / business development / client acquisition.




- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, and Clutch.
- Understanding of IT services like web/app development, digital marketing, and software solutions.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
