- Working knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts – authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, provisioning/deprovisioning
- Basic exposure to IAM/PAM/IGA tools (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping, ForgeRock – any one or more)
- Understanding access management protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
2. Communication & Client-Facing Skills:
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to confidently present solutions and demos to internal stakeholders and customers
- Comfortable conducting Proof of Concept (POC) sessions and walkthroughs for customers
- Professional client interaction and follow-up capability
3. Other Expectations:
- Willingness to learn and work on identity security tools/platforms as per project needs
- Ability to document and articulate technical solutions clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences
