The Sr. Site Engineer will be responsible for coordinating technical aspects of projects, bridging the gap between design, execution, and delivery. The role requires hands-on problem solving, effective stakeholder communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and designs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and vendors to streamline workflows.
- Monitor progress and prepare project reports, ensuring timely updates to management.
- Support procurement, cost estimation, and resource allocation activities.
- Ensure all projects adhere to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during design, execution, and installation phases.
- Contribute to process improvements and innovative solutions in project delivery.
- Estimate quantities and raise requisitions for materials.
- Track delivery and consumption of materials to minimize wastage.




- Manage subcontractors’ work progress and verify their bills.
- Support procurement by evaluating material and vendor quotations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain records of drawings, site instructions, material receipts, and work progress.
- Assist in preparing project status reports for management review.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree /Diploma in Civil engineering discipline.
- 4–5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or in project execution ( Construction related experience preferred).
- Solid understanding of project management principles.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in cross-functional.
