Key Responsibilities
Sell BusinessBay.io NFC Business Cards to individual professionals, small businesses, startups, and MSMEs.
Engage with provided leads and inbound inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
Understand customer requirements and pitch NFC business cards as a digital branding and networking solution.
Handle the end-to-end sales process from first contact to order confirmation and payment closure.
Follow up with interested prospects to ensure timely conversions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell additional card quantities, designs,
or related BusinessBay.io offerings.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM, Google Sheets, or MS Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer onboarding. Required Skills & Experience
Experience in inside sales, field sales, or direct sales (freshers with strong communication skills can apply for the Executive role).
Good experience in calling, follow-ups, and closing sales.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Customer-focused approach with the ability to clearly explain product advantages.
Confident personality with professional business etiquette. Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced sales environment.
Basic knowledge of digital products or NFC-based solutions is an added advantage
