Key Responsibilities

- Visit pediatricians, family physicians, child psychologists, ENT specialists, and neurologists to introduce Enfance Centre services.
- Visit preschools, Montessori schools, CBSE schools, and special education resource teams to build referral connections.
- Share brochures, posters, and centre information with permission.
- Maintain a list of doctors, schools, and referral contacts.
- Follow up regularly through phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person visits.
- Explain services such as autism therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, special education, and parent support.
- Coordinate school awareness talks, doctor awareness visits, and centre open-house invitations.
- Track daily outreach activity, lead generation, and enquiry status.
- Support social media updates, referral campaigns, and event promotion if needed.
- Represent the centre professionally and respectfully in the community.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in meeting doctors, principals, and school staff.
- Basic understanding of autism, child development, and therapy services.
- Ability to speak politely, listen well, and explain services clearly.
- Organised,



self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of Coimbatore local routes and institutions is an advantage.

Preferred Qualification

- Any degree, diploma, or experience in marketing, psychology, education, social work, or related field.
- Experience in education, healthcare, preschool, or therapy centre marketing is preferred.

Work Schedule

- 3 to 4 hours per day, or as mutually agreed.
- Field visits 3 to 5 days per week.
- Versatile timing based on doctor and school availability.

Compensation

- Fixed part-time salary or travel allowance plus incentive, based on experience and performance.
- Incentives may be given for successful referrals or admissions.

Performance Indicators

- Number of doctor and school visits completed.
- Number of referral contacts developed.
- Number of enquiries generated.
- Number of centre visits or assessments from referrals.
- Monthly reporting and follow-up consistency.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
