MillD is building India's smartest everyday nutrition brand. We make high-protein atta that helps families get more protein without changing what they already eat. We're growing fast, creating content every single day, and we're looking for someone who loves turning ideas into content people actually want to watch, read, and share.

What you'll do

- Write engaging long-form scripts for Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Create captions, hooks, headlines, and social copy that grabs attention.
- Brainstorm content ideas, campaigns, and creative concepts with the marketing team.
- Help shape MillD's brand voice across every customer touchpoint.
- Write copy for ads, landing pages, emails, WhatsApp, packaging, and other marketing assets.
- Stay on top of social media trends and find ways to adapt them for the brand.
- Work closely with designers, video editors, founders, and creators to bring ideas to life.




- Continuously test new content formats and improve based on performance.

We're looking for someone who

- Loves writing and storytelling.
- Can write in straightforward, conversational English (Hinglish is a plus).
- Understands what makes content perform on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Is constantly saving interesting ads, Reels, and campaigns.
- Enjoys brainstorming as much as writing—ideation is a big part of this role.
- Can think like a creator, not just a copywriter.
- Pays attention to detail and can maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Is proactive, curious, and excited to experiment.
