We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager who can lead complex technical integrations and transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical understanding along with excellent stakeholder and project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project execution for technical integration and transformation initiatives.
- Manage project planning, timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Drive integration projects involving APIs, SDKs, Cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Facilitate client discussions, status updates, escalation handling, and project governance meetings.
- Mentor junior team members and encourage collaboration across teams.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, quality standards,



and best project management practices.

Requirements:

- Have 5+ years of experience in Project/Program Management with a focus on technical integrations or transformation projects.
- Have a proven track record of managing enterprise-level projects, especially in SaaS, APIs, SDKs, or integration-driven environments.
- Are hands-on with Cloud technologies, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and integration workflows.
- Have a strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), system design, and architecture principles.
- Possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to handle complex client interactions effectively.
- Have robust analytical and problem-solving skills to address unique business and customer challenges.
- Demonstrate a proactive and customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering business value.
- Are capable of mentoring and guiding junior team members while driving project success.
- Have excellent collaboration and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
