We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Production Supervisor – Electrical to oversee daily production activities related to electrical assemblies, wiring, SMPS, EV chargers, battery chargers, and power electronics products.

- Supervise daily production activities in the electrical manufacturing line.
- Monitor assembly, wiring, testing, and packaging processes.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within scheduled timelines.
- Maintain product quality as per company and industry standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Purchase, and Maintenance departments.
- Handle manpower allocation, shift planning, and operator supervision.
- Ensure proper usage of tools, machines, and testing equipment.
- Monitor production reports, rejection analysis, and productivity improvements.
- Ensure adherence to ISO and company SOPs.
- Maintain daily production records and reporting.

Qualification:

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in electrical or electronics manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
