We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Site Supervisor (Fresher) to assist with the execution of interior projects under the guidance of senior team members. This will provide you with hands-on experience in managing site operations, coordinating with vendors and designers, and supporting the team to deliver high-quality interior projects for residential spaces. You will gain valuable exposure to project execution, site management, and the interior design industry.

Responsibilities

- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that projects are progressing according to the schedule.
- Help communicate technical requirements to contractors and team members.
- Support senior supervisors in motivating and guiding execution partners to maintain quality performance.
- Observe and assist in setting project goals and helping ensure projects are completed within the timeframe.
- Communicate with clients under supervision to address any implementation queries.
- Assist with coordination between designers, contractors, and vendors to avoid delays and blockages in execution.
- Help prepare interim checklists and progress reports to share with the management team.
- Support in understanding client requirements and assist with communicating between clients and designers in case of deviations.
- Assist in handling site escalations professionally with guidance from senior team members.




- Participate in monitoring construction processes and learn about materials and techniques.
- Participate in meetings with vendors, site inspectors, and managers.
- Gain familiarity with Auto-CAD and the ability to understand basic joinery drawings.
- Learn to work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals.
- Assist with maintaining safety regulations and site inspections.
- Support in the preparation of project documentation, including reports and budgets.
- Provide general administrative support for the team, including filing paperwork and tracking project milestones.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Strong multitasking abilities and ability to assist with multiple projects at once.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a rapid-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a basic understanding of Auto-CAD.
- Keen interest in interior design and construction processes.
- Ability to work well in a team and a willingness to learn from experienced professionals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
