Job Description Dairy Expert – Sr. Engineer (Process)
n Location: Vadodara
n Job Description:
n 1.Demonstrated expertise in #milk pasteurization, #highprotein formulations, #yogurt
n fermentation and Other Milk products & specialized nutritional milk powders.
n 2.Conduct comprehensive reviews of dairy plant capacities to ensure optimal production
n performance.
n 3.Design of #CIP Process Engineering-Understanding of CIP circuits and flow paths,
n cleaning SOP (alkali, acid, sanitizers), cleaning parameters (Time, Temperature,
n Concentration, and Mechanical Action), review of CIP sequence development and
n optimization
n 4.Provide technical guidance for preparing accurate Material and Energy Balance
n calculations for dairy processes.
n 5.Evaluate and validate Process Flow Diagrams (#PFDs) to ensure process integrity and
n compliance.




n 6.Review and support the development of Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (#P&IDs;)
n for dairy operations.
n 7.Assess utility systems, determine capacity adequacy, and recommend sustainability-
n focused improvements.
n 8.Perform process and plant safety assessments in line with regulatory and industry
n standards.
n 9.Review equipment layouts from milk reception through packaging and associated
n utilities to ensure productive workflow and hygienic design.
n 10.Participate in client meetings to support plant gap analyses and propose technical
n improvements.
n 11.Guide the preparation and review of the #Dairy Plant Master Plan.
n 12.Possess solid knowledge of European and U.S. dairy manufacturing standards and
n regulatory requirements.
