Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the company's day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly management reports.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.
Ensure timely processing of payroll and salary disbursement.
Handle statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Qualified Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), Income Tax, and ROC filings.
Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.
Manage vendor payments, customer invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
Monitor company expenses and implement cost-control measures.
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory returns.
Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST regulations, and other applicable laws.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
Review contracts and financial documents from a commercial perspective.
Maintain accurate accounting records using ERP/accounting software.
Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) with CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance),MCOM preferred.
5–8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
Experience in an IT Services or Product-Based Company is preferred.
Solid knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Tamil is preferred.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 15 days or less are preferred.
Must be available to attend a face-to-face interview in Bangalore
