We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead sales operations, dealer network expansion, and field team performance within the assigned territory. You will be responsible for achieving volume and revenue targets, managing distributor relationships, and ensuring timely collections.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 3 to 7 years of proven sales experience in the Agri-inputs / Seed industry.
Education: B.Sc. in Agriculture / Agribusiness Management or equivalent qualification preferred.
Territory Knowledge: Solid existing network of dealers and thorough geography knowledge of the assigned region.
Skills: Excellent negotiation, channel management, team management, and communication skills.
